...Florence Lorene Mozingo, 80, of Laurel, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, at Care Center of Laurel. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, with burial in the Oak Hill section of Hickory Grove Cemetery. The Revs. Howard Rogers and John Mozingo will officiate. A member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church, she loved quilting and fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Oscar Mozingo; parents, Dallas J. and Phenie F. Wells; and two sisters, Eunice Burger Holloway and Cordell Smith. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Freddie L. and Betty Mozingo and Jerry G. and Sherry Mozingo; a twin sister, Irene Williams; three grandchildren, Dallas Mozingo, Lee Ann Nixon and Kari Scruggs; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Rusty Harper, Roland Mozingo, Sammy Mozingo, Bobby Joe Mozingo, David Williams, Harold Mozingo and Jonathan Carlisle. Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
