Will of Charles Muzingo
I Charles Muzingo of the County of Ray and State of Missouri being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner and form following
First I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all the debts dues and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.
Second I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Thursa one house and lot in the town of Millville occupied at this time by me as residence and known as the Dr Quarles property as long as she may live and I also give and bequeath unto my said wife all the goods clothes and effects that may in my house at the time of my decease that is wearing apparel Bedding clothing carpets furniture & fixtures and also one cow and one hundred dollars cash and at the death of my beloved wife the above named property shall be equally divided between my four sons namely John William, Michael Tivis, Frances and Thomas Jefferson
Third I give and bequeath to my son Robert if he is living at my death one hundred Dollars ($100.00) and three lots in in the twon of Millville, Bought of and deeded to me by Hovey Hutchings and wife on October the Sixth A.D. 1857 and numbered 3, 5 & 6.
Fourth I give and bequeath to the heirs of my son Wyatt Fifteen Dollars ($15.00).
Fifth The balance of my property I give and bequeath to my four sons namely John Williams, Michael Tivis, Frances and Thomas Jefferson to be equally divided between them
Sixth I do nominate and appoint Henry Renfro of Ray County, Missouri to be the Executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this the 25th day of August (A.D. 1885) in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty five.

Be it remembered that on this the 23rd day of February, 1886 before me Judge of the Probate Court in and for the County and State aforesaid in bacatiore of Court, kpersonally appeared R. C. Cravens and being by me first duly sworn deposes and says that the said Charles Muzingo il. testator subscribed the same in my presence by directing me to write and subscribe his name as testator to said writing subs ab I accorddingly did and that he saidCharles Muzingo deceased did in my presence and in the presence of J. L. Linney and Jasper Wall the Subscribing Witnesses to said Will and Writing which writing is dated the 25th day of August 1885, did publish and declare said writing aforesaid to be his Last Will and Testament. That at the time of signing the same to wit 25 day of August, 1885 the said Charles Muzingo Teatator was of Sound and disposing mind and memory and over the age of twenty one years and that the deponent certified as a Notary Public in and for said County of Ray in the state of Missouri and attached thereto my Notarial seal.

We, Henry Renfro as Principal and R C Craven and J P Ginnis as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, kin the sum of one thousand and four hundred ($1400.00) Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated at Richmond in the State aforesaid, this 23rd day of February A. D. 1886 .
The Condition of the above Bond is that if the said Henry RenfroExecutor
of the Last Will and Testament of Charles Muzingo deceased, late of Ray County, Missouri, shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories, returns and settlements of accounts of the estate of the said Testator, according to law; and shall, moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the execution of the said Last Will and Testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on him by the order, sentence or decree of any Court having competent jurisdiction then this obligation to be void and of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force.
