The application for parole of John L. MAZINGO, a life termer since 1880 for a Lake County murder was referred to the Governor, as was the application of James MELLARKY, another life termer since 1888, for a murder committed in Nevada County. The parole of John H. MOSHER, serving ten years for grand larceny committed in Sacramento, was canceled for violating the parole rules.
