Amras (Mango Smoothie) ( Desserts / Indian )
Ingredients:
600 g mangoes
sugar to taste
200 ml whole milk
1 pinch saffron
20 g slivered ashew nuts
Method:
Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into dices. Soak saffron in in 30 ml luke warm milk. In a blender add diced mango, sugar milk, saffron and blend it till it forms a thick puree. Serve chilled garnished with slivered cashew nuts.
