Chocolate Clusters ( Desserts )
Ingredients:
100 g Toblerone chocolate with honey and almond nougat
100 g Toblerone white chocolate with honey and almond nougat
100 walnuts, coarsely crushed
grated rind of one orange
7 mini paper cups

Method:
Place the two chocaltes seperately in steel bowls. Place each bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir and melt the chocolate until sooth. Stir in walnuts into the white chocolate and the orange rind into the other chocolate. Divide the white chocolate mixture into the 7 cups and top with the orange chocoalte mixture. Leave to set in the refrigerator for a while.
