Kunafeh with Nuts ( Desserts / Arabic / Tea-Coffee-Time )

Ingredients:
400 g very fine vermicilli
4 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup ground mixed almonds and pistachios
1 can of 397g Sweetened Condensed Milk
small paper cups

Method:
Break the vermiclli into bits, then stir in margarine over a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add in the mixed nuts and stir well for 2 minutes. Add in Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir well for another 3 minutes. Remove the mixture from heat. Drop a tablespoonful in the paper cups and leave to cool.
Serves 6-8
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
