The battle between Eminem and ICP

This is the story, as far as I know. It all started back before Eminem was signed. (Not that far back, because he has only been in the industry since '97.) He was playing a show in Detroit, and on the flyer, it said that ICP might show up. ICP even refer to this in their latest Eminem diss song, " Ain't Nuttin' but a B*tch Thang". The lyrics go, "I remember yo a*s at St. Andrews hall, handing out yo flyers, "Come one come all come to my show" I looked at it WHAT right there "Insane Clown Posse might show up." What the f*ck kind of rapper could be that lame, only way you draw people is to use our name, I could have just f*cked you up right there, but I let it pass. I felt bad for ya b*tch a*s." ICP supposedly showed up in response to their name being on the flyer, and Eminem claims to have chased them out and paintballed their van. ICP denies this ever happening, so it's difficult to judge who's right.

After that, ICP and Eminem started dissing each other during radio interviews, which cause even more contention between them. Then ICP and Twizted recorded "Slim Anus", a remix of Eminem's song, "My Name is". It was played during an interview with Howard Stern, where Eminem took a few hits from them. Eminem supposedly cried over this song, which makes me feel kinda bad (Yes, that's right! I am sensitive to other people's feelings, even if they're the feelings of a gigantic hypocrite.), but it's probably just a rumor. I do know for a fact that Eminem did take the song seriously, and dissed ICP on his latest album. ICP responded to this, and recorded "Ain't Nuttin' but a B*tch Thang". This song can be downloaded from Insane Clown Posse's site for free. Eminem has yet to respond.

Personally, I hope they continue this battle through music, because it's resulting in some truly amusing songs. As for who's right, I honestly don't know. I have more respect for ICP, since they've been around longer without selling out. And for all the ICP fans who insist ICP did sell out to MTV, go away. I will not accept any hatemail from you. If ICP really wanted to sell out, they would've done it years ago. Violent J has posted several messages on their website, explaining themselves, instead of ignoring their fans' complaints. If you still think ICP has sold out, then you have earned yourself the title "Juggahoe".
