Jeffrey Ryan Frankenstein

Birthdate: June 26, 1974
Went to high school in Troy and started college at Wayne State in Detroit.
Started playing piano at the wee age of 5, even though he thought it was a nerdy thing to do.
Jeff volunteered to be a "runner" for the band once and drove the guys to Krogers etc when they had a gig in Detroit. He hit it off with the guys from the start and talked to them about how he played keyboards and about music in general. To his suprise, a year or so later he gets a call from Peter asking if he wanted to audition to be newsboys keyboardist. He had three days off of school to practice the songs, auditioned that day, things clicked perfectly, and the guys were like "hey, wanna play at the gig tonight?", and that was it.. Jeff has been the keyboard player for the Newsboys since 1994.
