Rules and Regulations for NOMINATING

1. Nominating Starts August 8th and Ends August 31st, 2000. Voting Starts September 13, 2000 and ends October 13, 2000

2. Limit of 15 nominees per category. (first come first serve)

3. An author can have no more than two stories nominated with ten nominations total between the two stories.

4. Each story can have up to 5 nominations.

5. You can nominate yourself. You can also nominate us (hint hint hehe)

6. You can nominate hosted stories as well as ones that have a full page. But Make sure you say so on the nominating ballot.

7. If at any time the status of a story changes (example: goes from incomplete to complete within the time that nominating begins and ends) then please email us and let us know so we could change it.

8. Make sure the story you are nominating fits the category. We will check it.

9. If there is any information that we ask of in the categories that is not on the nominating ballots please email it to us. Our email is located on every page so you'll never miss it.

RULES FOR VOTING

1.Voting will now start on September 13, 2000 and end October 13, 2000. No votes will be accepted before September 13, 2000 nor will they be accepted AFTER October 13, 2000.

2.You may vote for only one story per category per day. Meaning you are allowed to send in a vote for both Best Justin story and Best JC story in the same day...but you can only send in the vote ONCE each day.

3.If you vote for the same story for the same category more than once, we will automatically cancel out BOTH votes for that day and you will have to wait another day to vote again.

4.Please use the VOTING ballot to cast your vote. PLEASE only one vote per ballot or it will not count.

5. IF for any reason, the voting ballot is not working, email us at realficvote@yahoo.com using the EXACT same format as the voting ballot or once again it will not count.
