I was born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area.  When I was in high school, I met a wonderful guy named John McKinney, who introduced me to the gospel.  In April of 1974 I was baptized, and in June we were married.  I have lived in California most of my life, but moved to  Provo 18 months ago.  I have 4 children (all married) and 3 grandchildren...with two more on the way.  I went back to college 10 years ago to become a registered nurse, and I am now at BYU getting my B.S. in Community Health.  I love to golf, vacation in Hawaii, quilt, and go to the movies.  Most of all...I love to be with my family.
