'CATS' Fan Art - July 2000 to December 2000

This is my artwork from the latter half of the year 2000.

Alonzo- My fave tom. I actually didn't have to curve the tail around so I wouldn't have to try drawing legs, the paper did it for me! Mostly pen with a bit of colored pencil.

Melto- My brother dressed in drag.
Victoria- Victoria dancing.
Clasping Wrists- An illustration for my Broadway Closing fic.
Melto- My brother, again. This time in his version of the hero pose. Very sloppy.
Jennyanydots- Posed for this in front of the mirror. I think I did a pretty good job. Last pic I outlined in pen.
Jellylorum- Stupid scanner cut part of the pic off. I did the whole head for this. All in pencil.
I'm a Christmas Tree!- An illustration for one of Mevima's Kitty_Chats. You can read them at her site.
Tailkinker and Alonzo- Traced this from a Green Lantern comic book.
Blazerina- Traced this from the same comic book, but forgot to add the tail.
Rumpelteazer- I'm sure you'll recognize the scene.
Bombalurina- Right after Tugger dropped her. Traced from a printout of the picture.
Grizabella as the Marschallin- From a parody of the opera 'Der Rosenkavalier' I was writing at the time. Traced from the box the CDs and libretto came in.
Tugger teasing Bom- Just before he drops her. Traced from a printout of the picture.
Skimbleshanks & Mistoffelees- Traced from a printout of the picture.
Jemima- The classic pose. Traced from a printout of the picture.
Shattered Dreams- The idea came from an episode of the Batman Superman Adventures.
Bustohper Jones as The Baron- From a parody of the opera 'Der Rosenkavalier' I was writing at the time.
Alonzo as Octavian- Also from the 'Der Rosenkavalier' parody.
Untitled- My first attempt at drawing faces realistically. I didn't do any shadows or shading.
Victoria- Sort of based on my Untitled pic, it's supposed to be an illustration for my Broadway CATS is closing! fic.
Victoria as Grizabella- Someone requested a pic like this on the catsart group. It's based on my Rumpel drawing and the thing across her nose is a scar.
Comic Strip I- I was extremely bored one day and drew this.
Comic Strip II- See 'Comic Strip I'.
Comic Strip III- See 'Comic Strip I'.
Tailkinker Hello- Was originally gonna replace the original headshot until Obs drew the one on my main page.
Obsidia- An illustration for my Broadway closing fic. She has a blanket wrapped around the lower part of her body.
Collage- I don't remember what brought this on, but it's big.
Pregnant Obs- It's Obsidia when she's pregnant. I was too lazy to finish her arms.
Jellylorum- Part of my Christmas card for my English teacher. I chose Jellylorum because my English teacher was small and slender.
Jennyanydots- Part of my Christmas card for my Government teacher. I chose Jennyanydots because my Government teacher is short and plump.
Victoria- Part of my Christmas card for my Dance teacher. I chose Victoria because my dance teacher is female. If she'd been male, I would have chosen Misto.
Griddlebone- Part of my Christmas card for the teacher I was Student Assistant for. I chose Griddlebone because the teacher has l-o-n-g hair.
Female Gus- Part of my Christmas card for my Drama teacher. I chose Gus because she's a drama teacher!
Electra- Electra with a broken arm.
Etcetera- Etcetera trying to figure out which word to use.
Tugger and Bom- I traced this from two of Michaela's HouseCATS pics.
Victoria on a tree branch- An illustration for my Broadway closing fic. Not as good as I would have hoped.
Misto- *shrugs* It's Misto.
