epidote
EMERALD
A brilliant, green member of the beryl family.
Chakra: Solar Plexus, Heart and Third Eye.
Emerald
Emerald strengthens the heart, liver,
kidneys, the immune system and the nervous system. It is a tonic for
mind/body/spirit. Enhances dreams and meditation, prosperity, love,
kindness, balance, healing and patience. It's energies are uplifting and monetary,
and encourages gratitude. Opens and stimulates the heart chakra,
calms the emotions. Aids memory and insight. Excellent for past-life work.
Eliminates negativity and assists you in attaining a meditative state.
EPIDOTE
Found in deep-green clusters and
singularly and doubly terminated crystals. Sometimes looks like
green tourmaline.

Epidote
The main purpose of epidote is to enhance
your spiritual path. For those already undertaking the path of spirituality,
it will act as a catalyst for going deeper. A very versatile stone.
Place an epidote cluster in a room to spread the healing energy of the heart.
Excellent for clearing the atmosphere after an argument. Good for easing tension
in offices and other workplaces. Calms and soothes emotions, and restores balance.
Use it as a band-aid or bandage for healing recent emotional wounds. Epidote, however,
will not allow these wounds to be buried, but will provide a calming effect to
enable you to better deal with issues in the future.
Used at the base/root chakra, epidote's energies will ground you to
