You were taken from us so suddenly without even a chance to say goodbye.
I pray to God every night and ask why'd you have to die.
Your mom and I weren't done teaching you all you needed to learn.
But I guess God knew you were ready and your angel's wings were earned.
Now I sit here brokenhearted trying to find relief.
And I pray to God once again that he keep you safe and at peace.
