The offices of Re/Max Bay Properties are situated at number 1 Beach Road, Humewood, Port Elizabeth. Each office is independently owned with Re/Max Bay Properties being owned by Broker/Owner Jéan and Jenny Botha.

I joined the offices of Re/Max Bay Properties in March 2002, but have been involved in property for just over two years.

I have a BCom degree in accounting and business economics from the University of Port Elizabeth. I am also a qualified estate agent having passed and attained the Certificate in Estate Agents. I am currently undertaking a three year Property Diploma course through Technikon RSA, specialising in Property Valuations. I have successfully completed the first year and currently preparing for my second year of studies. Doing this course has already proved beneficial in the selling of residential property. The knowledge and experience that I gain will benefit myself in order to provide you, the client, with the best possible service.

The residential areas that I am specialising in are Charlo, Springfield, Tudor Gardens, Broadwood, Miramar and Lovemore Heights.
