It's definitely a miracle Brian Littrell is still here, making the best music in the world along with his 4 other bandmates. If you haven't heard by now, Brian was born with a hole in his heart and almost died when he was a 5 years old! His parent's were even advised to make funeral arrangements for him. But all went well and no trouble ever appeared again..until just last year when his doctor told him he needed surgery. He postponed surgery until after touring obligations and then underwent the knife early this spring...Now he's back and better than ever!
Brian Thomas Littrell was born in Lexington, KY to Harold and Jackie Littrell on February 20th, 1975 making him a Picses, and a younger cousin to fellow Backstreet Boy, Kevin Richardson. Ever since he was a little boy, Brian sang in church choirs, and when he was in high school he would to musical plays like Grease, but he never really pursued his god-given talents...
That is until, his cousin, Kevin, called him out of class to ask him to fly down to Florida to join a band. Brian agreed and the next day hopped on the plane. He met the guys and one of the first things they did was sang a tune and boy, did they have it!
Brian is the avid sports man of the group, getting his nickname "B-Rok" from playing basketball. Ever where he goes he makes sure he at least has his b-ball with him! Brian also enjoys golf, writing music, going dancing and singing. Just like AJ, Brian has a steady girlfriend, Leigh Ann, who appeared in both the As Long As You Love Me and the newest version of I'll Never Break Your Heart videos.
