Last Crusade Bloopers
1) In the battle on the train cars, watch as the backround changes with the different shots.2) When Indy falls into the lion car, watch the big cat closely. It appears that they used two different lions.
3) The giraffes on the train...um you can tell those are not real...:)
4) A stamp in Henry's mail is not from the correct date.
5) In the tombs under the library, Elsa points out a picture of the Ark of the Covenant on the wall. A clip from the Raider's March plays in the background.
6) All throughout the scenes in the tombs, Elsa's flower changes shape and size.
7) In the hotel room, Marcus and Indy discuss the name of the city to begin searching for the Grail. Watch as the book opens and closes multiple times with the change in shots.
8) In the castle Brunwald, the butler that Indy tries to trick says, "If you are a Scottish lord, then I am Micky Mouse!" From different shots, you can see that his mouth doesn't move right to form the words "Micky Mouse." This is because at first he was to say "Mae West," but it was cut because George Lucas thought that not enough people would know who Mae West was.
9) At the Nazi rally, Hitler signs Henry's Grail Diary with his right hand--Hitler was left-handed.
10) When Vogel falls off the cliff into the Canyon of the Crescent Moon, you can see his dummy rolling around on the ground (ouch). Also, the blown off tank portion is complete.
11) Indy must spell Jehova in latin by stepping on stone tiles. He spells it correctly, but when Donovan and Elsa follow, how do they know what they are supposed to spell?!
12) After Indy has brought back the cup of Christ with the water in it, he empties it over his father to heal his wound. But when the cup is shown again, it is 1/3 full.
