Holi Hai- Happy Holi
what a magical day in Delhi!
We threw paint powder
all over one another
and at those others we saw
playing Holi with awe.
Like the roses and the marigolds
we bloomed into colorful souls.
Deep red, orange, and yellow
we were painted head to toe.
Painting ourselves like the flowers
celebrating Spring's renewing powers,
bright purple, pink, and green
we were a sight to be seen!
