Please put "Submitting Link" in subject line. Also, type everything exactly as you would like it to be listed. Your description is your selling point so be creative and accurate at the same time. If you description is inaccurate, I will ask you to write another one.
Guidelines: You must sell something on your page that a punk would wear. If I don't think your page is a good resource for punks, I will not list it. This is nothing personal. It could just mean that you don't sell enough punk merchandise or that you don't sell enough merchandise period. The reason for this restriction is so that my visitors will not have to sift through useless sites. That's what a search engine is for.
And of course, a return link is always appreciated. You can use the banner on the home page if you like.
