Vendor involvement will be limited to those who reflect the 'GREEN' aspect of the Festival. The event will strive to leave small footprint by encouraging recycling and using recyclable products. Vendors will include, but are not limited to the following types:
  • Advocacy Booths
  • Healing Arts
  • Gardening
  • Bio-fuels
  • Energy
  • Solar
  • Sustainable Living Concepts
  • Green Building
BCAC is seeking vendors for the Festival that reflect an awareness of environmental issues whether it is with good information, products, or food. BCAC is also seeking same for workshops and presentations to include in the schedule of events. Non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate.

Interested individuals, groups, or organizations should contact BCAC with the following application information.

Churches and schools are encouraged to participate and use the opportunity for fund-raising by offering food products for the public. BCAC will count on these types of vendors to supplement downtown restaurants and eateries.

Artists, artisans, and craftspeople that create original work will be featured in the green space by BCAC on the corner of Main and Gladden Streets in downtown Washington. Arts and craft vendors will be limited to those whose work is original in creation and design.

Heritage and indigenous craftspeople are encouraged to participate by offering demonstrations and teaching workshops.
