Tim and Beth met back in 1999, when Tim first moved to North Carolina. Tim moved to take a job at Covance, where Beth was already working. The following winter they both went on a ski trip to Colorado, but the planets weren't aligned at the time and nothing developed. Shortly after that, Beth left Covance; Beth and Tim did not see each other for the next 2 years. In the spring of 2002, they ran into each other at a going away party for a mutual friend and began spending time together, but the timing still wasn't quite right. Things shortly fell into place and their relationship evolved beyond just friendship, and continues to grow today...
