Make a reservation at the Hampton Inn early. October is a very popular month for weddings in The Outer Banks and there is a chance that rooms could sell out quickly. If you decide to keep looking and find something else, you can cancel upto 72 hours before check-in with a full refund of any deposits. For most of the rental companies in the area, off-season rates apply and they also offer partial rentals (Thursday-Sunday). Partial rentals can only be reserved 2 weeks or 30 days in advance, depending on the rental company.
