Kathy's oldest sister Billie
Ruth was still married to Henry C. Cole Jr. at the time. Kathy, her sister Billie and Lowell R.
Burgess Jr. got together to plan on how to get rid of Henry C. Cole Jr. as they
were sick and tired of him asking questions concerning his son's death and
warned him multiple times to keep his mouth shut as it was none of his
business. Henry C. Cole Jr.,
refused. Plus Kathy had temporarily
lost custody of the three children to foster care after it was Mr. Henry C.
Cole Jr. who turned it in.

Since he had been asking a
lot of questions concerning his son's death, the three had to get rid of
him. He was still married to Kathy's
oldest sister Billie Ruth when the child abuse complaint had been turned in
which led to the arrest of Kathy's third husband: Jessie Boone Wilson and her losing
custody of her children.

Henry C. Cole Jr., had
married Kathy's oldest sister Billie Ruth on January 13th, 1982 which was
approximately six months before the death of his son Henry C. Cole 3rd.

As soon as they had Henry C.
Cole Jr., arrested in Virginia from the accusation of Kathy's sister Billie,
both sisters then attended the Rattan Church of Christ and interrupted the
Sunday morning worship service with a prayer request for Kathy's son Vernon
Alfred Cole and accused Henry C. Cole Jr., of molesting him and how Kathy's
sister Billie caught him at it. This in
turn dispelled any suspicious doubts surrounding the circumstances of the death
of his son that he had been asking so many questions about. Instead the people ignored that his son was
dead and immediately believed from the tearful display of both women that this
man was a child molester.
When Henry C. Cole Jr., came back, it was he who filed for divorce from Kathy's sister Billie. So if he was guilty of child molestation why was it not Billie being the plaintiff instead of Henry C. Cole Jr.???
|
Would any woman who
supposedly caught their husband sexually molesting their nephew and his own
granddaughter remain married him???
Would they not be listed as the plaintiff in the divorce proceedings
instead of being the defendant??? Again
it was part of the plan developed by Kathy, Billie and Judge Lowell R. Burgess
Jr. Like in Kathy's case Lowell R.
Burgess Jr., allowed Billie to return to her former married name of Billie Ruth
Wilson from this divorce, thus neither woman would no longer carry the same
married last names at the same time.

So here we have a Judge that
signs the arrest warrant on Kathy's second husband Jessie Boone Wilson, then
presides over both his criminal hearing and divorce hearing, then presides over
the divorce of Henry C. Cole Jr. as well.
Since there was three judges serving in that court house, why is it his
only name that appears on every court case involving Kathy and her sister,
unless he was part of the plan to murder Henry C. Cole Jr.??????
