Chapter Four -- FBI
"Nick... I'm sorry... did I wake you up?" Lori asked.
"Nah... it's okay..." Nick coughs.
"Let me get you a cup of water." Lori hands Nick the cup of water.
"Thanks... hey it's a day off, why don't you go out?"
"Nope... I don't think you should stay here alone, Nick. I'll stay here." Lori said. "Let me get you something to eat."
Nick looks at Lori as she prepares food for him. Not long later, Lori comes close to Nick's bed and hands him a bowl.
"Here you go. Chinese congee (rice soup/pudding)... you shouldn't eat oily food." Lori said.
"Thanks Lori... where do you learn to cool chinese food?" Nick asked.
"I forgot to tell you my mom is Chinese." Lori smiles.
Nick takes a sip and said. "It's good... wow... never thought you're such a good cook."
"Hey Nick, we're leaving tomorrow early in the morning, how do you plan to pack up your stuff? You're still sick..."
"I'll take care of it tonight." Nick said.
"Actually, you need more rest... if you don't mind, I'll help you to pack. You take medication then sleep." Lori said.
"But Lori..."
"No buts... come on... I'll help you."
"Thanks Lori..." Nick continues with his meal.
4 DAYS LATER -- ORLANDO
The tour was finally over. Lori is back to the office. Once she sees Ryan leaving the office, Ethen and her follow Ryan. They follow him to a warehouse over Tampa Bay. He's not going ot his house. Lori's cell phone rings.
"Hello, Lori speaking."
"Fraser... it's Mulder."
"Yes sir. Ethen and I are outside a warehouse. Ryan Johnson just went in. We'll check it later." Lori said.
"Good. Director Flaherty wants the case close as soon as possible."Mulder then hangs up.
As Ethen and Lori see Ryan exiting the warehouse, they goes up to the security. They show the securities their badges.
"FBI. We would like to ask you guys a couple of questions." Lori said.
"Do you guys know the mister than just left?" Ethen asked.
"Yes. His name is Ryan Stanley. I heard that he owned a firework company, so he store all his fireworks here." the securities answered.
"You guys sure about that?" Ethen asked.
"Positively sir."
"Thanks for your co-operation. But we would like to ask you both to keep the above conversation absolutely secret due to this is a highly secured FBI file." Lori claimed.
"No problem madam."
Lori and Ethen get on the car.
"Ryan Stanley? I guess he's really suspicious." Lori said.
"Let me contact the headquarter and get more info." Ethen said as he called. As he hang up, he said, "Infos will be send to us within two hours."
"Let's go back now and check out more stuff from the FBI database." They drive away.
They get back to their house. Lori opens up her labtop and go online to the FBI database. She typed in Ryan Stanley, just as she expected, information about his past, before the 4 years he worked for celebrities, show up.
"Gotcha!" Lori said.
