~ Lori's room -- 10:30 pm ~
It has been a month since Lori saw Nick when LAPD tracks her dad down last time. Lori sits quietly in her room, it has been a long busy day working for her dad. She is holding onto the big dog doll Nick bought her for her birthday. At the same time, she is staring at her ring, the next thing she knows, tears are running down from her eyes. In the past 4 months, she was trying so hard to forget about Nick, but she just can't. She never takes off the ring nor the pictures of them in her room.
The next morning, she follows her dad to meet with the others as usual. She enters the room and sees Joyce's boyfriend -- Jonanthan staring at her. Jonanthan goes up to her and says, "Wow, it's kinda amazing that you actually help us for four months long and NOTHING, NOTHING went wrong... I am just wondering why an ex-cop would do that." He looks at her suspiciously.
Lori could senses that something is wrong. "What are you talking about Jonanthan, I'm just trying to help my dad out, you think that is wrong?"
"No, of course not... what a sweet daughter you have, Peter, too sweet that will actually tricks you into the trap."
"What the hell are you talking about Jonanthan?" Peter asks.
"hey, Peter, I mean... BOSS, you may wanna check out the story I heard from this girl right here." Mandy walks out from Jonanthan's back.
"Mandy? What are you doing here?"
"Wow... Lori, surprise huh?" Mandy says with a cold smile, "Why don't you tell your dad what exactly you're doing here?"
"I finally know why the LAPD knows something that I didn't even tell them yet. Everybody, freeze!!!" Lori takes out her gun, "LAPD, you're all under arrest. Don't make a move or I'll shoot." Lori secretly dials her cell phone to Michelle's so she can over-hears the whole thing and gets Lori some back-ups.
"Lori... u betray me?" Peter stares at Lori.
"You bet BOSS!" Jonanthan walks towards Peter.
"I said freeze!" Lori points her gun at Jonanthan.
"Not me... Miss Lee!" Jonanthan says while Mandy hits Lori's head with a stick, she loses her consciousness.
~ LAPD headquarter -- 12:00 pm ~
"Everybody! Emergency!" O'Keefe shouts out. "Our undercover has been discovered. Michelle just reports it to me!"
"Wait, what undercover?" Brian asks, looking at Michelle with a surprise look. He doesn't know what the heck is going on even Michelle is his girlfriend.
"There's not enough time to explain everything right now, I'll tell you guys about the whole thing on the van, now get your guns and go!" Everyone follows O'Keefe.
~ On the van ~
"Okay... in this office, only Michelle, Mandy and I are the ones knowing about this. Lori didn't exactly quit LAPD. She was given the mission to go undercover in her dad's drug dealing group."
"What?" Nick finally knows what's going on.
"Yea... I'm the one keeping in touch with Lori all the time. But the bad thing is, Lori is in danger right now so we gotta go save her!" Michelle says with worries in her eyes.
"What happen to Lori?" Nick asks anxiuosly.
"Her identity is exposed. She secretly dialed a call to me just now and I heard Mandy telling the guys the truth. Mandy is the one who actually provides our information for the guys. And then I got cut off, it sounds like Lori's phone had dropped to the ground and I knew something must be wrong."
They arrive at the warehouse where Lori and the other guys are. They go in and see Lori gets tied to a chair, she has bruises all over her body, she has been beaten up quite badly.
"Lori!!!" Nick wants to goes up to her but Brian stops him. "Hold on Nick, they won't let us get to Lori so easily."
Mandy comes out with her gun pointing at Lori, "Hi there!"
"Mandy, stop that, why are you doing this to us!" Nick shouts.
Mandy starts to cry. "Don't ask me why freak! And why don't you ever ask yourself WHY you just like this damn bitch right here?" Mandy hits Lori with her elbow.
"NO!!!" Nick shouts.
"What? Your heart is hurting now huh? so eager to save her, aren't you?" Mandy cries harder, Kevin shoots Mandy right at her right arm, she drops her gun and runs.
