Fuzzy Lumpkins is a hillbilly hermit who lives just outside of Townsville. The only thing that he wants is to be left alone, but when a squirrel trespassed on his property he chased it back to the city and caused havoc. Fuzzy once became the Mayor of Townsville when the citizens voted him to take over.
