"Him! is so evil that we can't even say his real name. As one of Townsville's most feared villains, "Him" used his magical powers to transform Octi, Bubbles' favourite toy into a brainwashing monster who turned The Powerpuff Girls against each other. He is also famous for releasing a "We hate The Powerpuff Girls" gas all over Townsville, making everyone hate the Girls. However, his best friend is a cute rubber duck called Mr Quackers.
