Obviously I'm Aaron Liess. I'm 24, and I've lived in Grand Island all of my life, except for one college semester in Columbus Nebraska. I attended Heartland Lutheran High School. Although off the topic, I would like to note: The "useless fact" on my homepage consists of humorous quotes that were said throughout the last few school years by various students at my high school, as well as some I found on the internet.(sorry, I didn't know how to word that so it wasn't a run-on)

            I am currently employed at Travel Centers of America on Interstate 80. My hobbies include: church and church/school related activities, playing the organ, writing dumb stories and poems, collecting coins, basketball, video games, and wasting time updating my website. Well I do hope to add some pictures on here soon. I know I said that a really long time ago, but hopefully i will sometime.

            Finally, I would like to share with you something that has made a significant impact on my life. What is most important to me and yet I struggle the most with is the faith that has brought me to Jesus Christ. Faith is the work of the Holy Spirit. The struggle is on my behalf, it is the things of this world that lure me away from him who loved me most, Christ Crucified. Because I have sinned I will Die. I know I deserve and eternal punishment. For God tells us in ACTS "The wages of sin is de@th." But because of the Grace of God, God sent his son to shed his bl00d for us. Indeed satan "struck his heel". Our Lord Jesus descended into hell; the same hell that confines satan and his demons, as well as the non-believers in Christ for all eternity. Our Lord Jesus in fact claiming the victory broke open the gates of hell in celebration!! crushing the head of satan, and the third day he rose from the de@d. Through faith in Jesus ALONE, we too shall not be confined behind the gates of hell. Because HE lives we shall live also! Because he reigns, we shall reign with him! It is a gift from God, there is nothing we can do to repay him. What a joy it will be for me in heaven with all the heavenly hosts, giving Glory to God in the Highest. Amen! Let it be so!      

      Although I'am undecided about much in my life on this earth, It gives me great Joy to know my ultimate Destination. I hope and pray that it may be true for you also. I encourage you to follow up on it. Read the bible if you're curious.
