OFC QUALIFIERS
311 nations are participating in OFC Qualifiers
No nations will qualify directly and a conference winner will play PO matches with a nation from CONCACAF to qualify
First Round - 4 nations (ranked 8-11) start the qualifiers - the round is played in round-robin format at at one country - the winner will proceed
Second Round - 7 nations (ranked 1-7) join the progressing nation and are placed in two groups - round is played in league format - top three in each group will progress
Third Round - 6 nations play in two groups - round is played in league format - group winners will progress
Fourth Round - Group winners play for the Confederation Championship and Intercontinental PO
Play-Off - Intercontinental PO - OFC Qualifier v CONCACAF Qualifier
