Documents
required by Mexican law:
Certified
Birth Certificate (this must have a raised seal)
and two
photocopies.
Passport
or valid driver's license and one photocopy of the chosen ID.
Complete
blood test results including HIV, STD (RPR), and blood type.
Blood
test results must be validated with a seal stamp in Spanish. In Cancun,
if you choose to get the tests done when you arrive, you can get the results
the same day because the laboratories are open 24 hours. Estimated
fee is $45.00 USD per person.
You
must be in Mexico for 48 hours before you can get married in Mexico.
NOTE:
These results
must be current and dated not more than
(14) days prior to the ceremony. If more than 14 days, the results
will be deemed not valid, and the ceremony will be canceled.
Divorce
Certificate if applicable from both parties.
Tourist
ID (This document will be given to you by the Immigration Officer upon
arrival in Cancun International Airport).
Name,
age, nationality, home address, and occupation of parents along with (4)
witnesses.
NOTE:
These documents are required 30 days prior to the wedding date, otherwise
the reservation for your wedding will automatically be canceled.
