75 yr. old woman with complaints of "light headed-ness"

Interpretation:

Course Atrial Fibrillation with Slow ventricular response. Most likely the cause of her Light headed feelings. At this time she was taking verapamil, which was stopped and helped the rate return to a more tolerable and most importantly less symptomatic one.

Don't be fooled to call this Atrial flutter. The QRS complexes are not regular and in order to call this A-Flut the morphology of the flutter waves must be consistently the same and usually very prominent in II, III, and AVF, especially in typical flutter. T wave are notched most likely secondary to interference by the "fibrillatory waves"
