1. Atrial Rate is Regular

2. Atrial rate is between 250 to 300 (most commonly 300)

3. Atrial activity shows regular waves with similair morphology in that lead (typically most prominent in II, III, aVF, and v1)

4. QRS rate is variable depending on conduction rate through the AV node (2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, etc.)
