EKG Diagnostic Criteria

Left Posterior Fascicular Block

  • Right axis deviation (usually >120)
  • Small R in I and AvL, small Q in II, III, AvF
  • Usually normal QRS duration (could also be prolonged)
  • Late intrisicoid in AvF >.045 sec
  • Increased Voltage in Limb leads
  • NO evidence of Right Ventricular Hypertrophy
