Save this image to your computer Tiger image
Open the tiger image where you saved it in Paint Shop Pro. I categorize my images and I have this listed under PSP\images\animals.
Hold down the SHIFT key while pressing on the "D" letter key to duplicate this image.
Click on the "retouch" tool located on the tool palette. It looks like a hand. Right-click on the icon and a drop down menu will open up. Choose "Tool Options" and click on it. A dialog box will open up. Make the settings as follows: shape=horizontal; size=10; hardness=0; opacity=100; step=25; density=100; "smudge" from the drop down box.
