Open Soccer Tryouts

For Fall 2003 and Spring 2004 Seasons

Boys’ Teams and Girls’ Teams

NOTE! Tryouts will be held during ONE WEEK this year
Boys and Girls will try out at the same time,
but will be separated for the tryout

Two Mandatory Tryout Sessions during the week of May 28 at the Angelo Tomaso School Fields
Washington Valley Road, Warren Township

                      FEE: $150 for fall season, payable to “WHSA” at tryouts.  NO EXCEPTIONS

 Required for Tryouts:

• Completed WHSA Registration Form

• State registration form

• notarized Medical Release Form

• Wallet-size color picture (no paper copies please)

• copy of Birth Certificate

• MNJYSA league registration

• and your check for $150

$150 registration fee covers all costs associated with NJYS team and MNJYSA league registration, weekly professional training, referee fees, awards and one tournament per season.

Player commitment is for the fall and spring seasons.  Players must attend all practices, training sessions and games each week.  Players who remain committed to both fall and spring seasons will be given priority over players who do not.  All coach and player selection decisions are the responsibility of WHSA and are final.
