They bring you messages and guidance related to your present life, your future, and your spiritual path. Every single card is so enchanting that you want to enter the card, reach out, and pet the Unicorn! Grace, beauty, innocence, peace - these can all be found in these 44 cards. And no wonder, when you read that the energy of the Unicorn is the purest energy of the elemental kingdom (which is made up of magical beings such as fairies, mermaids, and leprechauns). Many of these cards have words and paintings that were suggested by young Crystal and Indigo Children. That explains why one of my first thoughts when looking at this deck was that it was suitable for males and females of all ages and backgrounds. The energy expressed in these cards is universal elemental energy, and goes straight to the heart to heal. From the book:

This deck is specifically for use with both adults and children. One of the things that I like about Virtue's work is that she makes everything plain and simple. For working with these cards, she explains how to prepare the deck for a reading, shuffle the cards, ask a question (intent and focus is everything!), and how to lay out the cards. She makes a point of noting that the cards are sensitive, that they will absorb energy, and that because of this they need to be stored in a very special place. In the companion book, Magical Unicorns Oracle Cards Guidebook, the cards are presented with black and white scans, a short message, and a discussion of the card.
See yourself doing well, This card asks you to hold positive thoughts and feelings about yourself. If there's something that you need or want, then hold a vision of yourself doing well. Only think positive thoughts about yourself, such as "I can do it." and "I am good at this." The more you believe in yourself, the better everything will go. If you expect success, then you will have good results. But if you worry about failing, you won't enjoy your experiences. You can enjoy life more if you believe in yourself. If someone ells you that you won't succeed, then picture a big "X" through their words to cancel them. Don't let someone else's words take away your belief! Instead, act in a way that makes them change their mind and see what you can really do. Belief means making a decision, such as "I can do this!" When you clearly decide to do it, instead of just trying, you approach the situation with confidence. It doesn't matter if you are doing something new. What matters is that you believe you can do it. each time you do something new, you learn and grow. And you'll thank yourself for learning that you can do anything you truly believe you can do.
This is a stunning deck, both text and illustrations. It is made all the more so in that it can be used easily by children. These Magical Unicorns absolutely scream love, safety and healing. They can be used by individuals, or in a group setting. I highly recommend this deck!

The cards themselves are 3 1/2" by 5", of sturdy, quality, glossy cardstock. The backs show the head of a golden unicorn, with hanging vines and a forest in the background. There is a narrow golden border approximately 1/4" in from the outside edge of the card. The illustrations on the face of the cards go completely to the edge of he card. At the top, there is a white banner with the keyword of the card on it. At the bottom of the card is another white banner, containing the card's message.
Under the title Believe In Yourself!, we see a dark blue sky with white clouds. Flying in the sky are two white unicorns - one parent, one child. Through the clouds underneath them we see a beautiful rainbow. The message from this card is: "See yourself doing well, and you will." From the book:
The card entitled Change is one of my favorite cards, In between two pillars, standing in the middle of a walkway/path, is a lovely unicorn. In the background is a misty forest. the message for Change is "The changes that you are going through are positive."
The card entitled Curiosity is just adorable! Here, in the middle of a forest, we have a gentle white unicorn bending its head down so that a house cat can gently nudge its horn and see "what is there", as all cats are prone to do! The mesage is "Start a project related to something you are curious about."
The card entitled Grandparent shows a stunning white unicorn standing on its back legs, with its front legs raised in the air. Coming from its side are beautiful multicolor wings. The message is "You have a special bond with a grandparent that can never be broken."
