Heroes of Rokugan Checklist

 

The promotional cards from this set have a very dark brown border with ~5mm caramel colored dots. Ree Soesbee helped pick the events and people to chronicle in this set. An illustrated binder is included along with "The Herald's Tale", telling of the stories and history behind each card. The most anticipated card is the Ratling Stronghold Warrens of the Nezumi with a starting Provence strength of 12 (but only 3 Provinces!). Zen Faulkes describes the stronghold in his card Focus article on page 33 of Imperial Herald #15.
