Ae 20mm, Obverse: A Palm tree stands in the center with seven Palm branches and two bunches of dates one on either side. Hebrew script "Jerusalem". Reverse: Ripe bunch of grapes with a small leaf. Hebrew script "For the Freedom of Jerusalem"
Diameter of coin is about 11mm. On one side has head of Mussolini and letters "MVSSOLINI MCMXVIII" has letters "LIRE 10", "OTTOBRE 1922 1923" and mintmark "R". Image is axe and above has head of sheep. A fantasy piece. This was not a regularly issued coin. Dated 1918, a series of these made in both silver and gold in 1943.

To convert these dates to AD, take the VS date and subtract 57. This dating system has been used in Nepal from about 1888 to the present. That's the national flower of Nepal on the reverse.
