Fruit Salad

Fruit Cocktail - 29oz.
Peaches - 15oz.
Mandarin Oranges - 8oz.
Whipped Cream - 16oz.
Cottage Cheese - 16oz.
Jello (2 small packages or 1 lge)

Make sure the whipped cream is thawed. Drain all the fruit, put in a large bowl. Add the cottage cheese and the whipped cream, mix it gently. Add the jello (do not add water to the jello...:):), and again mix it gently and thoroughly. Put in a covered dish and let chill for at least an hour. I usually use Cherry flavored jello for this, and I have used Lime. Im sure any flavor would do....:):) This recipe is doubled (I have a large family *S*)
