Just to the south of 230st Street, are the Marble Hill Houses public housing project. A close-up glimpse of the usual overpass facades on the Deegan. The cyclone fencing along the overpass is supposed to prevent lunatics from dropping bowling balls onto cars, but the ramp walls offer no such protection, and are certainly within easy reach of any determined psychopath.
