In order to connect to Capital Station BBS. you will need a terminal emulator. It is NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT, recommended that you use your windows hyperterminal. It is by far the worst terminal software ever written.
There are several good terminal emulators on the market, and at a future date we will be providing links to where to get them.
If you already have a terminal program other than hyperterminal, you need only make sure that your settings are for 8,N,1, with ZModem download, and ANSI emulation.
Next, go into your dialing directory and make an entry for Capital Station BBS, with a number of:

If you do NOT have another terminal program, you can download a version of BanannaCom that has been configured with the dialing list for all the BBS's in Net267. Simply select "Capital Station BBS" from the dialing list and hit enter.
This version of BanannaCom will work on DOS/Win3.x/95/98/NT platforms. it autodetects your modem port and speed, and automaticly configures the settings you will need on Capital Station BBS. It is very small, and installs and has you online in less than 2 minutes. Windows users will need to restart their computer after the first use in order for an icon to apear on the desktop.
In the near future, I will be providing aditional software on this page (such as offline mail readers) that are helpful to BBS callers.
