Duane Baumgartner: U.S. Navy 1961-1966: on board the U.S.S. Charles Berry as an Engineman, Chief Petty Officer, for Sea Operations in the Pacific. 1966-1968: Navel Air Maintenance Group as a Helicopter Instructor. 1968-1969: Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance as an Engineman, Chief Petty Officer 1969-1971 Sea Operations in the Pacific on the U.S.S. Vance and the U.S.S. McMorris. Retired as Engineman Senior Chief Petty Officer.
