TRIBULATION~
To prepare
for God's everlasting kingdom,
Is so much
more than a walk from womb to tomb,
And the birth
of enduring force, which moves life's cause,
From the first
breath until the last one's pause,
Comes between,
with its wisdom born out of patience,
By what we
face on earth, prepared by tribulations.
One likes
to think, when life comes to a close,
Just going
to Heaven is all we need to know,
Yet the full
glory of its majesty, our life cannot conceive,
There is much
more to Heaven than what we believe.
And for one
to desire God's home with every heartbeat,
You must first
hold passionately to each of life's defeats.
With each
one should come the hope that lies ahead,
And a stronger
love of growth in faith embed.
Give thanks
for lessons learned through pain,
Then look
to Heaven for the riches you gain.
If you do
not give thanks for burdens through life's race,
You will never
gain the fullness from God's grace.
