Jesus, I pray,
do you care?
All this pain
with You, I share,
And through
all my tearful fear,
I seek to
find you near.
My heart is
torn with grief,
And my mind
seldom finds relief.
How long must
I bear this cross,
Of grief weighed
heavy by my loss?
From sorrows
of telling loved ones goodbye,
I look to
you with weary eyes,
And know that
when I am granted rest,
From my flesh
that endured this test,
Through out
each journey's step,
When I cried,
Jesus wept.
