Faith
A powerful
word
Some it means
nothing to
Some it means
the world
What does faith
mean
To you and
to me
Is it believing
in something
That we can't
see
I think about
this word
And what it
means to me
For I believe
in God
Though Him
I cannot see
My eyes are
not the only
Organ that
has sight
My heart is
an open window
Where faith
holds tight
For many there
are struggles
As we walk
our earthly road
But I know
what's ahead
My faith tells
me so
God promised
us paradise
And one day
I shall again see
My child called
to Heaven
Who is waiting
for me
For my faith
is strong
My heart truly
knows
It's only
for a short time
I'll walk
this earthly road
