The Kellenberg Memorial High School building was previously known by two other names: Maria Regina Diocesan High School from 1967 to 1984, and St. Agnes Cathedral High School from 1984 to 1987.
Previous Kellenberg helmets were royal blue with the word Firebirds in navy blue on yellow script on each side.
Kellenberg unveiled new football uniforms for 2002. The helmets are now white with a blue Kellenberg K with gold and blue double outlining on each side. White away jerseys and blue away pants now have a tapered yellow-gold side insert from the armpit to the end of the pant legs. Blue numbers on white away jerseys are big round NCAA gothic numerals.
