Wow, an OFFICAL 'N SYNC Day! Easy on the cheese, please!

Okay, get this...a DJ for a radio station somewhere in Conneticut, got 250 signatures of people wanting to have an OFFICAL 'N SYNC day. They present it to the mayor and get an OFFICAL 'N SYNC day...ooo, how special!! What do I think of tis little fun day of theirs, you ask? HAHAHA! Too funny! I think that is the most retarded thing I have ever heard. I mean...do you really think they care? What are they gonna do, like say "Yeah...that Conneticut really loves us! So much we have our own day there. I think I am gonna cry. I am sooo touched!" WHATEVER!!! I don't think so! I am so sure they even know about it.

Well, right now, I am gonna go get 251 signatures and present it to the Mayor of Iowa, Mr. Notimportantenoughformetoknowhisname, and have an even more OFFICAL 'N SYNC day! I think now, JC and Justin, and the rest of the guys are beating down my door screaming "Rachel, I can't live without you! MARRY ME!!," cause today is their OFFICAL day here in great ol' Iowa. I am so sure! --Rachel

P.S. If you don't believe me about the whole offical day thing here is the article, straight from MTV Online:

3.12.99 16:00 EST 'N Sync Gets Its Own Day In Connecticut

As if the boys in 'N Sync don't have enough, they now have their own day. Saturday has been declared 'N Sync Day in New Haven, Connecticut, where the group will perform Saturday night. The city of New Haven and the state of Connecticut will honor the heart throbs in a ceremony at the New Haven Coliseum at 5:30 on Saturday before the group's show. The move was prompted by a petition circulated by New Haven radio station KC101 (and DJ Kerry Collins) that collected some 250 signatures last Saturday. The station then presented the petition to the Mayor's office as well as to their State Representative, Chris DePino. Rep. DePino and a representative of the mayor's office will be on hand to present 'N Sync with the proclamation on Saturday. The New Haven show is just one small part of an ambitious tour schedule that sees the group play more than 80 dates through late August.
