Carrot Glace
Carrot basically chases pretty girls whenever and wherever he can find them.
That is what he spends most of his time doing throughout the show. It's strange that
he does this, considering that Chocolate and Tira would gladly spend the night with him. However,
this may be the very reason he refuses them. He may enjoy the pursuit more than the conquest. Carrot
has a sword, but you hardly ever see him use it. His main weapon (and the reason he is a Sorcerer Hunter)
is his ability to absorb magic and then transform into Zoantropy. There is another side to Carrot, a very
dark side. There is more to his transformation into Zoantropy than meets the eye.
Marron Glace
Marron is Carrot's brother. He is somewhat… effeminate. In fact, the Sorcerer Hunters use this attribute
on at least two separate occasions to their advantage. It's hinted at a few times during the series that
Marron is gay. Personally, I think he likes Gateau. Marron uses warding magic in battle, and he's vicious
when he gets angry, which doesn't happen very often. He's probably the most useful of the Sorcerer Hunters.
Chocolate Misu
Chocolate is deeply in love with Carrot. They grew up together, which I suppose is one of the reasons
she loves him. She recognizes Carrot's good-natured side. Chocolate uses a garrote to attack her enemies
and… um, other things. Like she once used it for someone to slide down to safety. She's useful but not
when Carrot is acting up.
Tira Misu
Tira is also in love with Carrot, though she is subtler about her affections. She is cute, petite and
seemingly innocent, but make her angry, and she'll show you her other side. When she transforms, she uses
her whip to attack people or grab objects and fling them. Tira also uses her whip to return Carrot to human
form.
Gateau
Gateau is all muscles. He is relatively new to the other Sorcerer Hunters. There are hints that he has
a thing for Marron. Watch out for them. He has a sister named Eclaire, but we won't meet her until the
OVAs. He likes to show off his muscles, too; he's not shy at all. Gateau hates sorcerers, because one
killed his ex-partner, Opera.
Big Mama
Big Mama is the leader of the "good" team. We say "good" here since our main characters work for her,
but who's to say that what she's doing is right? She assigns tasks to the Sorcerer Hunters and to her
elite troupe of Haz Knights. She isn't called "Big" Mama just for the hell of it. She's actually quite
big. Depending on the scene, she sometimes looks twice or up to five times as large as a normal human.
She possesses potent magic herself. It looks mostly like defensive magic, but I'm guessing there's some
offensive magic thrown in there somewhere. She thinks she can save the world by getting rid of all the
evil sorcerers. That's not what Zaha Torte thinks..
Zaha Torte Zaha Torte is the leader of the "bad" guys. Of course, I think he's pretty much a
one-man team. He used to be a Haz Knight, but Zaha quit and left Big Mama, because they hold different
views on solving the world's ills. He's interested in the Sorcerer Hunters, because he's looking for the
God of Destruction. He thinks the way to save the world is to destroy it. Zaha Torte believes one of the
Hunters is the incarnation of the God of Destruction. He's by far the most powerful opponent the Sorcerer
Hunters will ever face, and he knows it. At first we just see glimpses of him, but later in the show, he
comes face to face with his nemeses.
Dota
Dota is well...Dota (short for Daughter - sounds cuter than Daughter). She pretty much just acts as
go-between for Big Mama and the Sorcerer Hunters, and she's someone for Big Mama to talk to (so Big
Mama can reveal what is happening to the rest of us). Listen carefully when she talks, though. She
speaks very quickly.
Milphrey
Milphey is the leader of Big Mama's Haz Knights and a good fighter. We first meet him around episode
15. He's usually dressed in his armor, so we don't see much of him, but when you do see him, he's
pretty (kind of like Marron). He and the other Haz Knights fight a few times against Zaha Torte,
but he's usually just hanging around Big Mama.
