Hot Cabbage
Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1 no. of about ½ kg.(16 oz.)
- Green Chili 2 nos.
- Garlic 7-8 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Sugar ½ tsp.
- Cooking oil 3 tbsp.
- Black Cumin (Kali Jeera) ½ tsp.
Procedure:
Mash the cabbage along with all the ingredients in a mixer into a fine pulp.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add Black Cumin. Fry for a few seconds and add the mash you prepared earlier. Cook and stir well till the ingredients are a bit dry. Remove from heat and it is ready. Cooking for about 10 mins. should be sufficient.
