Residential Spaces

The Rich Street Lofts building has 5 stories, with 11 units in each of the upper 4 floors, numbered "A" through "K".  In the 4th floor, units "G" and "H" have been converted into one large space.

Commercial Spaces and Garage

The 1st floor is home to three commercial spaces and a 25 spot parking garage accessed through Walnut Street.  The garage spots are assigned to specific units in the building.  Additional parking is available in a gated, secured lot across Rich Street.
