Handymen
Repairs and maintenance to your loft
You are responsible for maintenance inside your loft.  The management company  can provide services, for a fee.  We have also compiled a "Handyman List" of people and companies owners have used in the past and from whom they've had good service.  This list is not an endorsement of these companies!  If you want to add somebody to this list, e-mail us...
 
Repairs and maintenance to common areas
This is handled by our management company Sterling Realty Associates ... call them if you notice something amiss in the building.
 
Snow Removal

Landscaping
Outside landscaping is handled by [N/A].  Landscaping of the deck planters is handled by people in the loft.  Contact a Trustee for information on how to help.
 
Building Cleaning
Handled by [N/A] on a contract from Sterling Realty Associates .
Trash Removal
Handled by Republic Trash Collection (?), 5 days a week.  The trash is not picked up on the weekends.  Because the last pickup happens on Friday at about 2:00 am and the next pickup doesn't occur until the following Monday, over the weekend the trash can really pile up down in the trash room.  To minimize this problem, the Board asks that we all minimize the dumping of refuse over the weekend.

A word on the sub-contracts... the Board has final approval on the companies or people awarded these contracts.  If you have a problem with the way any of these services are handled, contact a Board member for a resolution.
